I like the mood that fog creates here, and the way the trees look brushed and soft. The path lined with green and the shelter are very clear in constrast to the misty background. Seems a lovely place to rest for a while, and daydream.

    • David

Hi Janet, thank you for the comment and visit. It was taken just off I5 between Seattle and Bellingham, Washington. It’s a nature preserve which was recently complete.

      Happy New Years to you!

I love winter fog. We don’t get any of that down here in Phoenix, and I miss it so much (I’m a born and raised Minnesota girl!). Great photo!

    • David

We really haven’t had much fog this year either, just in the past week or so (which, has made me rather happy)! :) Thank you for the visit and comment, have a great New Years!

It was foggy here this morning too. Fog always reminds me of the last scene in Gone With the Wind….guess you can tell I’m a southern gal! Happy New Year!

    • David

I love the fog, it’s been foggy the last few days. I got up this morning, looked out side and perhaps took a little too long to get ready as I was walking out the house with my camera…the fog was gone! Sigh, oh well. Happy New Year to you too! :D
